JOINING!!!

On July 19, 2010 we should have flown to the Philippines for a much deserved vacation and a longed for reunion with my family and  high school classmates from 35 years ago.  We saved for this moment  and looked forward to it. This dream like the dreams of so many others  was abused and thrown away by  a travel agent whom we have entrusted with the means to make this dream come true.  Mariton Air Travel Philippines  closed its doors due to an alleged bankruptcy.  The owner, Ms. M.M.F., known to many as Tess, is nowhere to find. The bewilderment among the victims is unceasing.  What happens now ? Is this true? Can I get my money back? What do I have to do? How  could I be so stupid?  This last question is the hardest to swallow for all of us.  No, we are not stupid. We are victims.

We should not blame ourselves but  should take actions to right a wrong. A handful  is maybe enough,  but  a majority is what we need to regain a bit of what we have lost – financially and emotionally.  Many of us are angry, grieving, depressed but this call is not to inflame these emotions  but to put us all in equilibrium.  Not to do anything is the worst option that we could give to ourselves.  The knowledge that we could  do something about the situation is the best thing to hold on to.  There is no guarantee for  winning, but  there is also no guarantee for losing. We owe it to ourselves.

Together with the handful who wants to do something about the situation, we are calling the attention of  all of those who have been victimized  to be with us to form a united front.

Please mail us with your message of  JOINING:   Mariton- GoogleGroups.com*  or b2bcontracting@gmail.com. ( a website is being set up; information on this will follow ) Please provide  a brief resume of your case , names of the victims , address and a telephone number for easy reach.

Together we are stronger!

I want to let everybody know I am an Au Pair before of IDEAL AU PAIR by TESSA MALALO-AN FABIOSA and a member of her foundation which is the IDEAL FOUNDATION. Currently Im already here in Belgium married. I want to let everybody knows that this PERSON took money from her Ideal Au Pair for the BELASTING, WEBSITE MAINTENANCE and ETC. of her FOUNDATION. She doesnt show any receipt to us, we just need to pay the said amount. I am her treasurer thats why I know how it goes. Aside from that before we came to HOLLAND we need to pay a CASH BOND (P95,000), she said we can get it back after we finish our contract, but its already 1year after I finish my contract I get nothing to her. I email her regarding that but her reply is this

Hello Kristine, You have euro 700.00 here from Dhr. Dijkhorst, that amount I minus the eur20.00 trip to Germany, so you have a balance of euro 680.00Please forward your account for payment. Regarding your cash bond Mariton Manila will forward it directly to yourmothers account.

Met vriendelijke groeten/kind regards
Shirley

so i give my mothers bank because they said they will going to transfer the cash bond in the philippines and the bank account of my husband for her payment to me. But she reply to me ¨CAN YOU WAIT BECAUSE I HAVE LOTS OF PASSENGER AND THE MONEY IS NOT ENOUGH¨ im so upset that time because i really need my money they just let me hope for NOTHING!

And one more thing my sister apply in MARITON NEW ZEALAND under by TESSA MALALO-AN FABIOSA for a work there. My sister spend P250,000 including her payment to Mariton. Now shes still in Philippines, because Tessa says that her EMPLOYER in NEW ZEALAND took the money and TESSA call my sister and promise her she will bring my sister here in EUROPE. How could that be possible my sister is already 38 years old and the government in Holland is so strict. We are not stupid Marites.

I hope all the Au Pair will speak now.

To: Kristine, Acer C and all those who have applied for a job elsewhere through Mariton

I got an email from someone in the Philippines of her case where she paid 90K pesos to Mariton for a job in New Zealand. It seems that NOBODY in the Mariton office[s] in the Philippines [ IF THEY ARE STILL OPEN] is "kind "enough to inform our kababayan what's going on with this company! She loaned this 90k at usurial interest rates to be able to pay Mariton. And now she is left with this debt which she has to pay back for a long time and useless documents! This is the first direct indication of another group of victims - overseas workers/au-pairs who applied to Ideal Au-Pair, another company of Marites Malalo-an Fabiosa. I have been focussing on the victims of Mariton Air Travel but the case of this group- the overseas workers/au-pairs is totally wrenching. I hope that you, Kristine, will lead this group to give everyone a voice which is badly needed. I would like to come in contact with you so that we can find ways to make this situation known and to get the right information on how to handle this situation. Please I would like to know the following:

1. What is the name of the contracting company in the Philippines? Is this Ideal Au-pair or something else?
2. If it is Ideal Au-pair, then this company together with Mariton Air Travel, Mariton Express Padala, Angel City Tours owned by Marites Malalo-an Fabiosa has been officially declared bankrupt. Please forward your mail to the curator [see my other article], stating the amount that has been paid to Mariton, the reason for the payment and attach all the supporting papers. For those who want to send these information digitally, please mail me at my private email address below then I can forward the email address of the curator.
3. If it is another company please mail the name of this company to my private email address: b2contracting@gmail[].
To all those who have applied to Ideal Au-pair, paid and STILL WAITING FOR A VISA AND WORK WHICH WILL NEVER COME, PLEASE MAIL ME AT MY PRIVATE EMAIL ADDRRESS SO THAT WE CAN HAVE A CENTRAL INFORMATIION SYSTEM.

Together we are strong!

Yours sincerely, lyn

We are victims too of Mariton Air travel. Many of us are still trying to find Ms. Tess. Wala nga pong siyang reply sa amin. We need that money because its not ours, its our parents money. We've been good to you, tapos nalaman na lng namin na wala na pala ang mariton sa office nyo, saan namin kayo hahanapin? How about our money? Sabi nyo po your company wont unless di pa po kami maka alis ng bansa, kaso nag backout na po ako ni hindi manlang kayo nag reply.
Maawa naman po kayo sa amin Ms. Tess. Nakikiusap po ako sa inyo.

Hello!!
My best friend passed away middle of June 2010, her daughter arrived here from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and stay in WASSENAAR before and after her mommy died.
Its not possible for her to exit back to Saudi Arabia
with her mother's ashes;; so I helped her to get a flight booking to MANILA with the MARITON TRAVEL. I was assisted over the phone by their personnel named SHIRLEY AND TASMIRA, reservation was made June 30 and they sent me via email a factuur to be paid within one day only. so i transfered the ticket payment through internet banking. Departure date is July 13 with Cathay Pacific. They didnt send any eticket, so i kept on calling Mariton office many times but got no answer nor a reply of my emails to them, i was very worried that i have not receive anything at all, just the very last minute a day before the scheduled departure i've recieved a news from my brother in law who happened to dropped by at Mariton office in ROTTERDAM and that they announced bankruptcy. I got panicked and felt heart sick my friend's daughter has to leave Holland
as scheduled otherwise the travel documents for her mom's
ashes will be invalid. I bought from another travel agency a very expensive ticket for her to take flight on the same date. I AM very very angry to MARITON MANAGEMENT I wanr MY MONEY BACK!!!!please

To the group of this case:

I booked the ticket of my wife to the Maritons for August flights. I want my wife come again here in Holland. I was totally surprised they're close suddenly. We called many times but nobody answer it. I was a bit worried because they asked already to paid, actually they want me to pay fully but i did not do it because i don't have yet a flights confirmation they gives us and i only paid 500euro and i said if there's a confirmation already, then i paid fully.

Now,supposed to be my wife will travel this august but it's a big mess. I need to get my money back. I will cooperate this groups how to get our money back. Its very shameless how could they do this to us!!!

My wife and me is very angry and sad because of this big trouble they did.

Please inform me further what we gonna do to find them, hooked by crooked!!! they should punish and teach them a big lessons because if we let them go, they're going to do more victims again and again. They should punish put in a jail if they will not answer all of us victims.

Thanks and keep in touch.

Mvg,

Rotterdam

Hello Mrs and Mr,

To our great distress we found out by letter of curator, that the tickets that we paid for in februari (and they said would be sent one month in advance) will never come. We wanted to visit our family and adopted children in the Philippines, especially now my wife's mother has been very ill and we hoped to see her once again. The money we lost? 1750 euro, and we cannot afford to pay for new tickets. My wife and me are terribly upset and very angry, and then we read a pitiful letter of this Tess, where is she , because if she sent a mail to Eddy Flores of Munting Nayon she must be somewhere to be tracked. Also we don't like there is still advertisement of mariton in this magazine.Paid with our money, no doubt. We want to join the group of other victims of mariton, but cannot get into google account workgroups. Anyway, there will soon be a website for mariton victims. You lost 500, imagine we lost 1750 euro; with that money our adopted children over there in the Philippines would have greatly be helped, we will greatly miss to see our family and the children over there. Wish we could direct our outrage at them!!!

regards, R de Vries

Hello there. Iam one of mariton's victim also. I was booked by mariton travel last June 2010. And they said I have to pay it 3 days after my booking because that is the policy of Singapore Airlines. And then I payed thru internet banking. I was so confident that I can travel this coming August. I have to go back to Philippines to attend the First Birthday of my daughter. And then last week I found out that mariton travel did these things. I heard it from my friends. I tried to call the Singapore Airlines office to confirmed my booking but helaas they say it was cancelled. I tried to called mariton office in rotterdam but nobody answers the telephone. Mariton gave me so much stress and pain. They dont even know how we worked hard for the money and to look forward to see our love ones and family and to be with them after a long long time that we were far away from them. I tried to email them and 2x they send email back to me. They say in their email's that "Its not their intention to be bankrupt and to get money from the people." But my opinion is...IF THAT SO, WHY THEY ARE HIDING NOW? THEY HAVE TO FACE THIS MESS AND GIVE OUR MONEY BACK!

I want to thank you for having this kind of ads, and Iam 100% wanted to join to fight for our rights against MARITON TRAVEL.

I booked a ticket for a friend of mine dated July 5 2010. I recieved from Mariton a confirmation and Factuur with booking Ref. 4RWQVP, last July 8, 2010 and stated that we have to pay within 1 day. July 9, 2010 we paid thru bank transfer, since and then we can't reach anymore Tesa(Mariton). I tried to check this booking ref. at Etihad Airways but it was already cancelled.

We have to do something with this kinda matter.Would you pls.share us your advise what is the best thing to do.

Thank you so much. All for one One for All for Tessa Mariton Air Travel.
