I have just read the "thank you note" of Marites. I am perplexed why you are thanking me for my comment. I don't know if you understood my message. I am afraid not. So to avoid any misunderstanding I will make my message clearer.
1. Your promise to pay every victim of yours is a WORTHLESS PROMISE. You have no judicial rights over your money and all your possessions. The curator is THE ONLY ONE who is empowered to make all the financial transactions.

2. You make a promise and it sounds like you have the money. So where is the money? Does the curator know about this? I have written to Mr. P.A. Loeff about this promise of yours. I have told him to read your response here at Munting Nayon. I am curious to know what he will say.

3. Of course you are here in Holland and that is not because you volunteerd to be here but because you have to. You are judicially held to be here and be present, otherwise you can be arrested.

4. I am urging EVERY VICTIM to mail to the curator what Mariton owed you. The curator needs these information and to check if Mariton provided the correct and full information to the curator. If not.... then we have a case other than bankruptcy....

My comment is if you are the victim of the economy crisis bakit hnd mo sinasagot ang fone calls sau...So of course the people buying a ticket to your agency they expecting too much that they can fly going to the Phil. Everybody looking for you but nobody wants to tell where u are,so what do u think the people thinking of you en if they ddntget an reaction so you are not going to tell where u are...
