REUNION WITH AN OLD-TIME FRIEND

Jojo Taduran (left), a Filipino journalist based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, reunited with a long time friend, Wilfrido Buyson Villarama who was also a congressman in one legislative district of the province. He was chief of staff of then Senate President Blas F. Ople and former Philippine Vice President who eventually became President of the Philippines, Honorable Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
He also held the positions of Assistant Secretary of Trade and Industry and Labor and Employment. Villarama was a government scholar at the Harvard University in the
United States.
The meeting of Taduran and Villarama was held June 10, 2012 at McDonald in Visayas Avenue Also in photo is RM Villarama, Mr.Villarama's son. (ROMY ZETAZATE, St.Jamestown News Service)
