APCO HOSTS INFORMATION SESSION – SCARBOROUGH SHOAL

In response to community concern about the recent tension between China and the Philippines, APCO, Inc. under the leadership of its President, Jhun Salazar will host an information session about the issue.  The session hopes to provide accurate information about the true nature of the conflicts and afford a forum for discussion amongst leaders and guests.
 
This is part of APCO’s goal to facilitate public means of providing information sharing on prevailing issues. APCO is expecting to get a wide involvement by inviting leaders of community organisations and their members to attend this important two hour- forum.
 
There have been significant debates about ownership and sovereignty over the much-contested chain of reefs- The Scarborough Shoal. This information session and forum is one momentous opportunity, which will consolidate background knowledge and understanding of the territorial dispute surrounding it.

Venue: All Saints Parish Hall (entrance at Elizabeth St., between George and Bigge Streets, Liverpool)
