Articles should be sent as single Word documents containing both texts and images (if any).Texts should not wrap around images. Captions should be placed directly below their images and not at the sides. Or, better still, they can be embedded directly on the images themselves.

Ideally, images should be submitted in their original sizes. They will be resized into 1250-pixel and 540-pixel wide images for large and small displays. Images with widths less than the page width will be posted in their actual sizes.

When text and images are in separate files, the filenames of the images will be used as captions if applicable, unless appropriate captions are provided.

As much as possible, avoid tables or any columnar formats as MS Office does not render them into HTML correctly.

PDF files cannot be parsed into HTML format and will be embedded in the page as links.
