The Coalition shall provide the booth/stalls/kraams to interested persons, and reserves the right to allocate these booths to commercial and other users under the following terms and conditions: (standard kraam size is 4 meters long)

1. A fee of 100 EURO (75 EURO participation fee plus 25 EURO deposit) shall be paid for the use of a single kraam. 2. Parties wishing to reserve a kraam shall remit the fee of 100 EURO to the Coalition bank account as early as possible and before 15 May 2008 (bank info above, "t.a.v. Picnic Kraam reservation"). Unpaid kraam reservations after this deadline shall be cancelled.

3. A "certificate of cultural bazaar participation" shall be issued by way of receipt, which shall be publicly displayed by the Bazaar participant at all times during the picnic.
