Colorful Filipino culture will be showcased during the Picnic in more ways than one. Come visit the Philippine Embassy tent and indulge in the paintings of Al Perez which will be put on exhibit on June 7.

In a meeting with Gemeente and Park officials, Coalition Picnic organizers have decided to hold the 2008 Community Picnic at Spaarnwoudepark on June 7, 2008.
It was another grand and memorable community picnic. The fiesta-like Independence Day celebrations on June 9 at the Spaarnwoudepark in Haarlem gathered thousands of picnickers in a whole day of fun, food and sunny festivity.
